What Channel Are You Watching? It’s a question we should ask ourselves more often. It’s easy to be in the middle of our day somewhere and realize that we’ve spent so much time worrying about other people’s lives–the car who cut us off in traffic, the person on the cell phone while we were waiting in line, co-workers and family members’ problems–that we don’t spend enough time focused on our own lives.

That’s what this blog is all about:

1. Choose to pay attention to your own life.

2. Choose to see and feel the positive, even if there doesn’t seem to be any.

3. Change attitudes, actions, and beliefs that get in the way of true happiness.

Inside, you’ll find opportunities to discover other people–ordinary people just like you and me–who are doing just that. And my hope is that you’ll see the grass is not greener somewhere else. You maybe just need to recognize how green your own grass really is.

There are three sections in the blog, dealing with Health, Wealth, and Happiness. Feel free to poke around, and share your own thoughts and experiences along the way.  Take what works. Leave what doesn’t.
