I’m writing a book. Your story could be in it.

I’m looking for stories about your personal experience with “faith”, “church”, and “Jesus”. I’m especially interested in those stories where what you thought Jesus was saying was not what the church was telling you (either in words or actions).

For example, in terms of “prophecy about the end times”, Jesus specifically says that you won’t know when or where it’s going to happen. Yet, so many churches and church leaders seem to spend so much time trying to predict the end of the world. There are lots of examples of this.

I’m specifically interested in hearing personal stories about your own experience. Please do not relay someone else’s story or something that didn’t actually happen. It is important that these be true (and verifiable) stories from your own life.

I’m not looking for any particular outcome, just personal stories of how this has expressed itself in your life.
