This Blog Is Now Made With Natural Sugar

I’m joining the ranks of the super corporations of the planet. Pepsi, Starbucks, 7Up, “the big cereal monopolies”, heck even Snapple… they all agree: Natural Sugar is the way to go.
This opens the door to a Big Giant Question: Were they using UNnatural sugar before? Actually, they were using artificial sweeteners and “high fructose corn syrup” and such like that. Now, they’re back to using good old fashioned (possibly refined beyond belief) natural sugar.
It’s a step in the right direction.
But what about your own life? How much artificial sweetener and high fructose corn syrup are you using to keep your spirit happy? Take a look at your relationships, are they “natural” or do they have an air of artificiality to them? Are you genuine in your life?
A couple of years, I began this journey that would ultimately lead to this blog, as well as to my writing and consulting work. I made some decisions that I was going to find the positive in every situation. I choose what ingredients I put into my life. The decision was an easy one to make and a challenging one to live with.
I’ve found that I was surrounded by so much negativity and artificial sweeteners that I had never realized how deep into it all I was. I was obese with negativity towards myself and others. And like anyone on a new diet, I’ve had some adjustments to make. Some were really easy, and others have taken some time. But all of it has been worth it.
My life flows much more easily now. I find that the universe meets me more than halfway. And that everything in my life has a purpose. God showers me with love, even when I’m not in the mood to see it. I think the sweeteners that I used to mask the negativity got in the way more than I would like to realize. But now that I’m stripping those things out of my life, I find that there is little room for negativity in the first place and that the artificial sweeteners aren’t required.
I’m enjoying the taste of my life without the sweeteners. And what a sweet thing that is!
